I am Head of Development in Inwedo. I help startups for more than 14 years. I was a mentor and expert in the Startup Spark and S5 acceleration programs, programs developed by the city of Lodz in Poland, the AIP Foundation and Polish universities. I am a member of the scientific council of the Technical and Automation Secondary School, a member of the program council at the Technology Mixer at the University of Lodz, and a member of the board of the association helping people with disabilities. I am a long-term researcher of the digital startup community in Poland, and other European transition economies. I am also an experienced mentor of several generations of founders. My academic work at Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) concerns startups and education for technology entrepreneurship.
