Kristel is the founder of Testlio, a software testing network. She started the company over 9 years ago because of her passion for testing. Today, Testlio is the leader of networked testing with a community of more than 10k software testers and 150+ global employees serving clients like NBA, Microsoft, CBS, etc. In addition to Testlio, Kristel is an angel investor supporting founders from underrepresented communities with world-changing missions. Her first investment was ImagiLabs, an app that teaches girls and non-binary kids to code. Kristel is also a wife and a mom to 2 boys. She advocates and writes actively about fostering inclusive work environments, mental health, equal parenting, work-life harmony, and women in tech.

I work for Ringier Axel Sprinigier as Head of Investment and Innovation and previously I was the head of innovation at Cyfrowy Polsat. I mainly deal with the development of cooperation between the companies and startups (e.g. creating a partnership programs, acceleration, investment). In my practice, I use previously gained experience in the field of the capital market and M&A from the American legal advisory company. I’m also a serial startup mentor and coach (coaching ceritfication) and co-founder of TeenCrunch acceleration program for teens startups. I’m master of law and political science with additional LLM degree (MBA) from business law. I completed several courses, including postgraduate studies in innovation management.
